Genre-busting artist Lucien Smith recently launched his first solo exhibition at Virgil Abloh's EM PTY GALLERY in New York City's SoHo district this past Tuesday night. Entitled "FRIENDS," the show displayed a series of portrait paintings inspired by iPhone photos captured by Smith. Collectively, these images portray close friends of Smith at candid moments.
